4.Shipping: Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify the defect, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
